About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced commissioning leader to manage telecom, ICT, and navigational system integration on offshore platforms and vessels (FPSOs, rigs, facilities). You’ll oversee end-to-end commissioning—from planning and execution to client handover—while leading site teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute commissioning of ICT, telecom, and navigation systems
Oversee integration with control/automation systems
Coordinate with vendors, construction, and client teams
Ensure compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and classification society standards
Lead and mentor commissioning engineers/technicians on site
Provide documentation, training, and operational handover

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or ICT Engineering
Strong knowledge of telecom, navigation, and ICT networks (IP, VLAN, cybersecurity)
Familiar with FAT/SAT, offshore standards, and safety protocols (BOSIET/HUET a plus)
Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
