A Corporate Trainer assists in the delivery of WSQ and non-WSQ training programs, supports the development and onboarding of new hire and casual labour, and helps uphold service standards across designated outlets.
They employ effective learning methodologies to coach and empower Service ACEs to enhance their skills and reach their full potential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING DELIVERY
• Conduct classroom and practical training in food safety, workplace safety, and other relevant courses (both WSQ and non-WSQ).
• Grade assessments and exams.
• Ensure training delivery aligned to learning outcomes.
OUTLET OBSERVATION:
ROLES DURING OPERATIONS
• Collaborate with brand heads to coach Service ACEs in achieving their full potential.
• Provide feedback and coaching to mid-management for improved performance appraisals.
• Conduct promotional assessments and performance reviews for mid-management Service ACEs.
• Monitor outlets to ensure service standards and soft skills are applied in customer interactions.
ROLES DURING NON-OPERATIONS
• Support skill and behavior development through training and on-the-job coaching.
• Conduct Quality Assurance, 5S, and Service Audits with department leads.
• Provide training team updates on assigned outlets and Service ACEs' progress.
• Oversee, implement and monitor learning plans to address skill gaps.
• Support company initiatives and projects as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in Food and Beverage industry, with fine dining background preferred.
• Possess sound leadership qualities and ability to manage service staff
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and inspire staff
• Possess basic organizational and management skills; able to assist training team lead in cross departmental projects or one training project
• Certified ACTA/ACLP, DACE and/or WSET2 and above (optional)
WORKING HOURS
• 5-day work week (Off days are 1 on Monday to Thursday, 1 on Friday to Sunday)
• Fulfil 5 to 8 operational sessions a week depending on project workload (Operational Sessions: Lunch, High Tea and Dinner)
