Responsibilities:

• Manage and validate distribution-related reports to ensure compensation processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business rules.

• Lead process improvements and digital transformation efforts using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Interpret business requirements and analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and support compensation strategies.

• Identify and resolve operational issues, providing interim solutions to maintain business continuity.

• Participate in system-related initiatives, including migrations and enhancements impacting compensation operations.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or finance operations, preferably in the financial or insurance sectors.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic objectives.

• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, and SQL.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions amid uncertainty.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
