DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Sales Department at Akribis Systems plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by connecting advanced motion control solutions with the evolving needs of global industries. Our team is responsible for identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that highlight the precision, performance, and innovation behind every Akribis product. With a deep understanding of industry trends and customer requirements, the Sales team works closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience—from initial inquiry to post-sales engagement. By combining technical expertise with strategic market insight, the department is committed to expanding Akribis’ global footprint and sustaining long-term customer success.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • To aid in the increase of sales revenue and generate new revenue by actively identifying and pursuing potential leads.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.

  • Manage sales, projects and customer purchase orders all the way to delivery, meeting specifications & payment release.

  • Attend to sales enquiries and generate of quotations for prospect.

  • Identify market opportunities according to customer requirements, reporting of competitor's activities, strength and weaknesses, forecasting project business, establishing and achieving company targeted market share

  • Manage key accounts to accomplish sales and department mission by arranging regular visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities and providing sales updates and reports

  • Generate and follow up with presentations and quotations

  • Representing the company by attending trade exhibitions

  • Readiness to travel on a frequent basis when required

  • Assist BU HOD to manage key customers.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related technical field of study; preferably Bachelor Degree.

  • Preferably with minimum of 2 year of working experience in in Engineering, Program Management, or a related technical field.
