Call Centre Officer (No Experience) - #1111385

Our Client:

• MNC Manufacturer of Escalators & Elevators

• 6 Days, 8.30am to 5.30pm / 2pm to 11pm (Rotate between Monday - Sunday)

• Kaki Bukit

• UP $3000 Basic + OT + Completion Bonus

• 1Y Contract - Renewable
  

Responsibilities:

• Attend to incoming calls from internal and external customers, update all ticket status in excel and log all and close tickets in SAP

• Manage follow up cases and liaise with Engineer on assignment of technician for mantrap

• Analyze ticket in SAP and decide whether to dispatch technician or cancel ticket

• Update technician roster and generate stop-lift reports (rotate among the team)

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent

• No experience is welcome, training will be provided

• Comfortable with working any 6 days between Monday to Sunday

• Singaporeans only
