Sales Operations Analyst | 12 months | Woodlands - #1111361

Working Hours: 2:00pm – 11:00pm
Working Days per Week: Monday to Friday
Working Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing Customer Purchase Orders.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, and product availability.

• Track shipment, delivery, billing, and backlog activities.

• Respond to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolve customer order difficulties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics preferred (fresh grads may be considered)

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work afternoon/evening shift (2:00pm – 11:00pm), Monday to Friday
