Job Summary (1-Year Renewable Contract):
Provide administrative and customer support for the eShop sales team, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order processing, from verifying details to updating order status and coordinating with logistics for timely fulfilment.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing assistance or escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
Support general administrative duties and assist with occasional weekend/public holiday events.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
