About the role

Seeking an experienced and driven Catering Sales professional to join the team at Royal Catering Services Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Bedok East Region. As a Catering Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in securing new catering contracts and managing existing client relationships to drive growth for the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting and generating new catering sales leads through networking, cold-calling and digital marketing

2. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients

3. Negotiating and closing catering contracts with new and existing clients

4. Managing the end-to-end catering sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow up

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers

6. Collaborating closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of catering services

7. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell catering services to expand business with existing clients

8. Providing regular sales reporting and forecasting to the management team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a catering sales or hospitality sales role

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

4. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the confidence to handle objections

5. Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences

7. Proficient in using MS Office suite
