Eduquest International Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across both corporate and individual segments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving WSQ corporate sales, expanding our portfolio of clients, and promoting our key training areas including Digital Skills, AI Courses, Critical Core Skills and other in-demand courses.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Private Education / Continuing Education and Training (CET) market in Singapore, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding corporate accounts and individual sales.
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in line with Eduquest’s training offerings.
Develop and execute strategies to promote WSQ / Non WSQ / funded courses and other government-supported programs.
Prepare and deliver compelling corporate proposals, presentations, and training solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on training solutions, funding schemes, and workforce upskilling initiatives.
Work closely with HR and L&D leaders of organizations to design and deliver impactful training roadmaps.
Sales Management & Reporting
Develop, implement, and track sales pipelines to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales within the CET / Training & Education sector in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of WSQ framework, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) policies, and government funding schemes.
Demonstrated ability to network, engage, and build strong relationships with corporates and decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
