Banking IT Strategic Sourcing Officer (12-Month Contract)
Location: Cecil Street
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,500 + 1 Month Completion Bonus

About the Role:
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in managing IT procurement strategies and ensuring the best value from vendors. You’ll be at the forefront of negotiating contracts, driving cost savings, and supporting IT initiatives that shape the organization’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers for various IT initiatives

• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to safeguard organizational interests

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines

• Advise stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and effective mitigations

• Support cost optimization, vendor management, and strategic sourcing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

• 1–3 years’ experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or contract management (banking/FSI preferred)

• Strong knowledge of IT contracts, vendor management, and risk frameworks

• Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Singaporeans only
