- Provide support to the Sales team on deal structures, contract terms, and escalate issues to relevant business partners for resolution as needed.
- Oversee the customer order lifecycle – from quote, build, and shipment, to invoicing – coordinating with stakeholders such as customers, Sales, logistics partners and Finance.
- Monitor and manage support for revenue goals, proactively identifying risks to order fulfilment or revenue recognition for management review.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects or high-volume periods as a collaborative and adaptable team member.
Requirements
· Sales experience in the electronics / semiconductor industry is required
- Proficient in SAP
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
· Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
