Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, work pass, compensation and benefits.
Preparation of monthly payroll / IR8A / tax submission (includes reviewing of global office payroll)
Maintain and update employee/consultant personal files, contracts and other employee information for Singapore and global office
Review and update HR policies in Singapore and global offices when required
Renew insurance policies and assist staff on insurance queries
Administration of external training for employees
Propose and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
Participate in HR Audits and MOM surveys
Provide back-up support to the administrative team
Coordinate with administrative team to provide IT support to employees for Singapore and global offices
All other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalist
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferred
Experience in sole contributor role is a plus
Understanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws
Driven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Hands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
