We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive to join the Learning Sciences & Assessment (LSA) department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for key academic functions and departmental operations.
Responsibilities
Provide admin support for the Graduate Education (Coursework) programme, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, coordinating timetables, booking venues, updating records in ISAAC, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Provide admin support for the In-Service Programme, including student registration, enrolment updates, data management via NIE internal systems, and coordination with faculty and administrative units.
Manage exam-related processes such as mark entry support, result submission tracking, and the collection of conflict-of-interest declarations for assessments.
Coordinate practicum placements and report submissions in collaboration with faculty-in-charge.
Administer the Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT) process, including scheduling, system configuration, and monitoring completion rates.
Maintain the Student Travel Tracker by ensuring accurate records and timely reporting for institutional requirements.
Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access provisioning, workspace setup, and induction arrangements.
Contribute to process improvements through the drafting and periodic updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Polytechnic Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in an educational environment will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel and Word) and digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Able to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
