Settlement & Accounts Payable (AP)

• Generate transaction reports from the clearing system and the wallet issuer’s portal, performing daily reconciliation within the given timeline.

• Ensure that funds received from digital wallet issuers align with the reconciled report.

• Prepare Giro payments to merchants and bank payment files within the designated timeline.

• Ensure successful processing of payments by the bank to the merchants and update the clearing system accordingly.

• Enter bank details for newly onboarding merchants and verify that the bank details are endorsed by the merchant's bank.

• Prepare and submit monthly transaction reports within the specified timeline.

• Address queries from digital wallet issuers and merchants, attempting timely replies.

• Collaborate closely with the IT team for any new report requirements and enhancements.

• Manage payment processing for supplier invoices, staff claims, and data entry.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Data entry for payment receipts.

• Partially handle AR collection and update AR aging.

• Prepare billing files & issue invoices.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration/Banking & Finance or related discipline. Other disciplines are welcome to apply.

• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Fluent communication in both written and verbal Chinese and English for effective communication with Chinese-speaking customers.

• Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).

• Strong multitasking skills.

• Self-initiated, independent, and proactive team player.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Remuneration will be commensurate with the experience.
