Maintain schedules, duty rosters, and attendance records.
Handle service reports & upload on system
Support site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs & safety standards.
Liaise between staff, supervisors; follow up on issues.
Assist Operations Manager in the hiring process for cleaning staff (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Perform other admin and operational support duties as assigned.
