•  Position : Sourcing / Purchasing Officer (Procurement/ RFQ) - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Location : Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT - Tai Seng/ MacPherson)

• Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + 14 days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC, ELECTRIC WIRES AND CABLES

Main Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials.

• Maintain an updated supplier database and build strong supplier relationships.

• Quotation & Negotiation

• Request, review, and analyse supplier quotations.

• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

• Assist in resolving supplier quality or delivery issues.

• Participate in procurement projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Globe 3) is an advantage.
