Salary: Up to $2,500 + commissions
Bonus: Yearly Performances Bonuses, Up to 3 months

Job Summary:
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and showroom. It involves both front-line customer engagement and back-end support, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handle phone calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product or service details, and resolve basic issues or complaints positively.
Keep updated knowledge of all products and services to provide accurate information.
Operate the POS system for transactions, ensuring accurate end-of-day cash handling and POS records.
Create invoices and prepare transfer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/front desk area.
Oversee basic showroom housekeeping to keep it clean and inviting for customers.
Perform light administrative duties, including data entry, filing, updating spreadsheets, and managing inventory.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude to enhance the customer experience.
Track and report common customer issues or feedback to management for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a front desk role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure.
