Responsibilities:

• Conduct acute and chronic medical consultations for patients, diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions.

• Perform vaccination exercises and immunization programs in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

• Conduct pre-training and pre-course medical screenings, assessing fitness and readiness for personnel undergoing various programs.

• Review and document pre-medical assessments, ensuring compliance with health standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide timely, accurate, and detailed medical documentation, reports, and referrals as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in health promotion initiatives, preventive care programs, and occupational health assessments.

• Advise on medical policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

• Monitor and follow up on patient treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to prescribed interventions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and allied health personnel within the clinic.

Requirements:

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

• Knowledge of vaccination protocols, medical screening procedures, and occupational health standards.
