Sales Engineer (Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives) - #1111160

• Expand existing and seek new customer base to drive and achieve sales targets of Drive & Automation products in South East Asia region and Bangladesh

• Implement sales plans to increase market share following market penetration strategies

• Actively interact and engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical recommendation and proposals to improve business opportunities

• Prepare tender bid, issue quotations, follow up tender awards closely till sales closure

• Work with customer service and operations to ensure delivering on time meeting customer expectations and satisfactions

• Gather market information on customers’ activities, update sales progress and report to Sales Manager

• Participate in marketing activities like seminar and exhibition

• Must be ready to travel overseas on business needs

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline

• At least 3 years related sales experience in the similar industry

• Candidates with technical knowledge of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives are preferred

• Keep abreast of the industrial market trends

• Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven and a team player

• Strong customer focus and results-oriented

• Resourceful with ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross function teams

• Good presentation & negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be ready to travel overseas for business trips
