• Position: Food Safety & Hygiene Officer

• Location: Bedok North

• Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food & Beverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer a Food Safety Assurance System

• Investigate findings and identify causes of food safety incidents

• Conduct compliance checks and internal audits according to SFA standards across all premises

• Rectify food safety issues in line with SFA regulations

• Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation for the central kitchen

• Report findings and investigations to superiors

Requirements:                                        

• Prior experience in food safety systems and compliance is preferred

• Knowledgeable in ISO 22000 and SFA standards

• Possess good communication skills and attention to detail
