About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment through system-driven processes. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker who can align warehouse operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.

• Drive efficiency and accuracy by leveraging WMS capabilities across all warehouse activities.

• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, space utilization, and productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service) to ensure service excellence.

• Champion the use of WMS, including training, system optimization, and process improvement.

• Partner with IT and vendors for WMS upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

• Manage and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.

• Oversee stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5–10 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience with WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Infor, HighJump).

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and process optimization.

• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP/TMS integration and warehouse automation is an advantage.
