Key Responsibilities

• Train customers and distributors on safe product use; conduct handover briefings.

• Provide technical support remotely and on-site to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Analyze faults and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems; give clear guidance to users and distributors.

• Perform field service at customer sites; regional assignments may be required.

• Prepare service reports and maintenance logs; keep records clear and accurate.

• Support Parts team: identify and recommend correct spare parts from catalogues.

• Prepare warranty claims and quality reports to support product improvements.

• Perform field service for local and ASEAN sites.

• Install and commission equipment; confirm correct operation.

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, modifications, and software/firmware updates.

• Troubleshoot refrigeration and software issues in addition to electrical/mechanical.

• Perform on-site testing/acceptance to meet customer requirements; minimize downtime.

• Maintain tools, testing equipment, and facilities.

• Work with Sales to address customer needs and plan projects.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

• Training provided.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Able to travel within Singapore and occasionally within Asia.

• Good customer service; able to work independently.

• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics

• Class 3 driving license (where required for duties)

• Familiarity with reliability testing (thermal, vibration, humidity, environmental).
