Lab Executive (Microbiology) - #1111104

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of microbiology and chemical laboratory requirements to support QC activities

• Conduct inspections from raw materials through to finished products

• Lead and supervise QC assistants, ensuring inspections are carried out objectively and constructively

• Compile and analyze inspection data to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve food safety and quality objectives

• Develop and implement QC and laboratory procedures as needed

• Provide training on food safety and hygiene to crew members and visitors

• Maintain accurate QC reports and ensure proper documentation

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Central kitchen experience or large scale catering and food production exposure will be advantageous.

• Knowledge in HACCP, ISO 22000, AIB is an advantage
