Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing client accounts and build long-term partnerships
Identify and engage new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Present IT solutions (servers, networking, virtualisation, cybersecurity, etc.) to meet customer needs
Collaborate with engineers to prepare proposals and deliver customised solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth initiatives
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related field
Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
