• Position : Assistant Project Manager (Retail Fit Out) – Up to $4,000 - Eunos

• Location : Eunos

• Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 5.30PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS + Transport Allowance + 12 Days Annual Leave 

• Duration : Perm 

• Industry : Interior Design

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager in overseeing and executing various projects to ensure smooth progress according to plan.

• Conduct on-site measurements independently and provide support for design and construction based on collected data.

• Communicate with clients to understand and confirm their requirements, and track project progress.

• Manage project timelines and quality control to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

• Assist in preparing project-related documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site work to ensure construction teams adhere to drawings and design specifications.

• Resolve unexpected on-site issues and provide effective solutions.

• Coordinate and maintain good communication with various departments (e.g., design, construction, procurement).

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• With prior experience in furniture or construction projects in F&B and retail

• Familiarity with construction techniques, building materials, and relevant regulations.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

• Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
