Responsibilities:

• Review and process shipping orders and documents (e.g labels, packing slips).

• Handle inquiries and updates on shipping and delivery.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking.

• Assist with inventory audits and discrepancy resolution.

• Support general office tasks like scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels

• Min 3 Years of Administrative experience

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
