Job Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and conduct inspection for Operations team at various outlets to assess compliance with applicable guidelines and SOPs.
Prepare inspection report and ensure follow up actions taken by outlet within set timeline.
Identify gaps or improvements to the processes and communicate to relevant personnel/department.
Evaluate audit findings, prepare and distribute reports to Operation team and management.
Conduct audit follow-up on a periodic basis
Assist and conduct audit-related training courses
Involve in process improvement, system enhancement of new system development
Handling Ad-hoc project if needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of F&B experience (possess Food Hygiene Officer Certificate will be added advantage)
Positive mindset
Proficiency in the use of computer
Able to speak and write in both English and Chinese language
A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols

The incumbent should demonstrate competence in some or all the following:
Meticulous and has an eye for details
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive working attitude with good adaptability
Good communication skills required as need to engage with outlet managers
A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
