Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic checks, maintenance, and repairs on automotive systems and equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to provide timely and efficient field support.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions on-site.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with field service exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments.
• Valid driving license.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
