Salary: Up to $8,000 + Allowances + Bonus (salary to commensurate with experience)
Arrangement: Contract under TG Singapore, convertible to client headcount based on performance | Fully Onsite
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Service Delivery Manager to oversee vendor and stakeholder engagement, ensure smooth service operations, and safeguard confidentiality in line with governance standards.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main representative between customer, vendors, and stakeholders
Report directly to customer management, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
Oversee service delivery performance, compliance, and governance
Support audits, reporting, and process reviews
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Min 3 years in Service Delivery, IT Governance, or Project/Program Management within Public Sector.
Experience managing application & infrastructure system operations required.
Able to speak mandarin to liaise with regional mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks.
