We’re Hiring: HR Officer
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. This role covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training, ensuring our HR practices support both employees and management effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Represent the company in signing labor contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct new staff orientation and training.
Ensure HR operations align with Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
Coordinate employee relations and resolve labor disputes.
Manage insurance policies (work injury, medical, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance verification.
Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
Support employee engagement activities and company events.
Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle internal communications and documentation.
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
Good knowledge of CPF, IRAS submissions, and work pass systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to start work on short notice is an advantage.
Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Resident most welcome.
