Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager - #1110705

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
2. Perform recruitment, goals setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Develop business plan to expands company’s customer base.
4. Build strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; Submit quotation request in timely manner; Liaise with Architects, Consultants and Clients on their requirements and offer solutions.
5. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and forecast for on-going, negotiating, and tender projects.
6. Conduct market and product research including market trends and business opportunities.
7. Promotes new products for both local & overseas market.
8. Attend local/overseas trade shows, conferences and do products presentation and other marketing efforts.
9. Oversees advertising and promotion activities.
10. Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales project until closure and payment collection.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Engineering (Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
2. Proven sales experience in manufacturing field especially in HVAC damper, louver, grille and diffuser manufacturing.
3. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
4. Experience with using ERP system.
