New Product Engineer (JH63) - #1110692

Duties:

• Coordinate, administration and issuing of engineering documents.

• Process and issuing of ORF based on the requirement of Parts / Products Manufacturing Specification (PMS) - TERRA.

• Convert the ORF into electronic copies

• Periodic review of all engineering documents issued and the status of implementation for the purpose of traceability.

• Provide Engineering base management analysis such as Failure Mode Evaluation Analysis, FMEA, (Potential Failure Mode Analysis) on all cost factors at the time of prototype stage to Product Production, so as to ensure that new product’s Factory Cost (FC) are competitive in the market.

• Administration and collaborate Prototype making and controls.

• Coordinate the Prototype making by supporting on all the Engineering aspect.

• Provide in sourcing of new parts as per prototype requirement.

• Execute Supplier / Vendor audits and verification for the decision of selecting suppliers / vendors.

• Verify material lists, drawings before providing to suppliers / vendors for quotation.

• Made plans, schedules and information sharing to all related department so as to ensure that prototype is made on time.

• Conduct periodic reviews of all prototype making so as to ensure systematic approaches had been made based QDC.

• Provide solution for any prototypes that required to be mass production so as to keep the prototype cost competitive at all time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering
