We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events & Project Coordinator to join our B2B Marketing & Events team at Groz-Beckert. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong interests in B2B events, trade shows and exhibitions.

The incumbent will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing events and projects across Asia Pacific, working closely with internal departments, external vendors, creative agencies, and regional teams. The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Chinese to support regional marketing operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the region.

  • Liaise with internal departments, agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines using project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project).

  • Track progress, identify risks, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.

  • Assist with content development and localization across digital and print media, ensuring linguistic accuracy in Chinese and English.

  • Manage sourcing, procurement, and inventory of corporate gifts and marketing collaterals.

  • Provide reporting and documentation support for post-event summaries, performance analysis, and team presentations.

  • Maintain structured digital archives and databases for campaign and event assets.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to budget tracking, PO processing, and vendor coordination.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Events Management, Business or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, preferably in a B2B environment. Graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Trello).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities
