Product Engineer (Contract) | Aerospace | Seletar | Up $5000 per month - #1110604

Are you passionate about product engineering and continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Product Engineer to provide technical support, drive process excellence, and ensure product performance across operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to production operations and advocate industrial engineering best practices

• Manage product definition, evolution, and configuration files

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) and support product capability setup

• Investigate customer returns and coordinate corrective actions with multi-functional teams (MFT)

• Perform root cause analysis (8D/FTQP) for quality/process issues and drive reactivity objectives

• Initiate and participate in product and process improvement projects (KAIZEN)

• Establish and maintain KPIs such as R1 and FPY to measure and improve performance

• Liaise with Design Authority, IPT, and suppliers to ensure product competitiveness and process compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent

• Min 2 years of experience in technical support within manufacturing or aviation

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer focus skills

• Able to work within tight timelines and independently

• Aviation industry experience is an added advantage

• 1 year contract role
