Our Client:

• Provider of factory automation, CNC / Robot Equipment

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Kaki Bukit

• Basic UP $2800 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of products (CNC, Robots, Robomachines).

• Assist senior engineers in customer support and technical servicing during the initial training phase.

• Provide telephone support and technical advice to customers after gaining sufficient experience.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering

• No Experience is required, training will be provided
