Parts Inventory Executive (Automotive) - JD1939 - #1110527

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $5000 + VB (2-3 months)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)

• Location: North (Company pick up at Admiralty MRT)

Job Scope:

• Understand and apply stock forecasting and replenishment processes, including concepts like “safety stock” and “working stock,” to maintain an optimal balance between overstock and stockouts. (Inventory Management)

• Analyze and manage stock and purchase order data to optimize inventory allocation effectively

• Collaborate closely with “Users” and “Parts Store” teams to establish and maintain an efficient demand and supply process

• Generate and interpret reports related to demand, forecasts, and supply, providing actionable recommendations

• Manage stock orders and allocations to ensure healthy stock levels across all “Parts Stores” in line with established KPIs

• Coordinate smoothly with relevant stakeholders, including forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouses

• Support daily operations by assisting with coordination between the Operations Team and Warehouse

• Ensure all activities comply with company safety and housekeeping standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Qualifications : Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent

• With at least 3 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control in the automotive/ machinery industry

• Proven track record in managing spares, procurement processes and vendor relations

• Proficient with MS Office and strong with Inventory Systems

• Strong in demand planning and inventory analysis
