Basic Salary + Commission (without sales target)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with the Purchaser team on the inventory in accordance with the sales order.
Provide administrative support to the sales team on daily operations, which include prepare quotation, issue invoice, purchases order and delivery management.
Provide after sales services to customers on feedback and reply to their inquiries.
Work closely with the key customers and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
Render assistance to Sales Manager on documents for tender submission
Job Requirements:
Fresh Diploma are welcome to apply.
Alternatively, candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department is welcome too.
Candidate who is equipped with some experiences in computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
People oriented. Building good rapport and establishing relations with IT Business Partners.
Proficient in MS Office Skills.
