Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans throughout their lifecycle.
Perform detailed business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes and dependencies.
Plan, coordinate, and execute recovery drills and simulation exercises.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential operational risks.
Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of continuity strategies.
Monitor emerging threats and evolving risks, updating plans accordingly.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Manage internal and external communications effectively during incident situations.
Continuously review and enhance existing continuity strategies and procedures.
Facilitate communication and coordination between branches and the head office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL best practices.
Proven track record of leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with supporting desktop end-user services, IT infrastructure, banking applications, and operations.
Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the capability to delegate and manage tasks effectively.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
Skilled in coordinating with technology teams to ensure comprehensive incident management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
