Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and create people strategies and HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
Champion employee engagement and well-being, support retention, ensuring our people feel valued and inspired.
Provide trusted advice to managers on all things people-related – from performance to culture
Lead talent management and talent acquisition to drive “best employer and best practices” branding
Manage employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with our corporate values.
Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and continuous improvement
Be a change agent, supporting teams through transformation and growth
Collaborate with other Head of Departments (HOD) on policies, programs to help facilitate better efficacy, enable synergy and provide growth
Use data and insights to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure HR effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition and management.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
