Job Description:
Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractor. Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works.
Good experience in project management and scheduling.
Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
Sound knowledge in M&E works
