About the Job
Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to ensure the workplace remains secure, operationally efficient, and visually conducive to a productive environment.
Supervise the day-to-day functioning of essential infrastructure, including the chiller plant, drinking water systems, fire suppression installations, elevators, telecommunication lines, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC units, water dispensers, and the building’s management platform.
Manage third-party services such as janitorial, security, sanitation, and pest management to ensure service quality meets industry benchmarks.
Monitor and coordinate timely maintenance activities for critical cleanroom components, particularly air handling and HEPA filtration units, to support manufacturing needs.
Ensure all building-related operations comply with local safety codes and statutory obligations.
Ensure team capabilities match role requirements through regular assessment and skills development.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or an equivalent discipline.
Candidates with experience in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical building management will be an advantage.
Candidates must have cleanroom experience.
Strong understanding of facility maintenance practices and relevant statutory frameworks.
Familiarity with process automation and control instrumentation.
