We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Singapore. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message, engages our audience, and supports our marketing and business objectives across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization & Design:
Interpret design briefs to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Develop creative concepts, visual ideas, and layouts for a wide range of marketing and communication materials.
Design and produce high-quality visual content including, but not limited to:
Digital assets (website banners, social media graphics, email templates, infographics)
Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, event signage)
Branding elements (logos, brand guidelines, icons, typography systems)
Illustrations and infographics to simplify complex information.
Basic motion graphics or video assets (if applicable to the role).
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs consistently adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand visual standards.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand design needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) efficiently to produce high-quality assets.
Prepare design files for various outputs (digital, print, web) ensuring correct specifications and resolutions.
Trend Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh, modern, and impactful.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and demonstrating creativity, design principles, and technical proficiency.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with designing for both digital and print media.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging graphics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
Experience with other design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva).
Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and mobile applications.
Experience in the financial, cryptocurrency, or technology industry.
Experience with photography or videography.
Ability to illustrate or hand-sketch concepts.
