Your Role:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment such as pumps, mixers, agitators, fans, valves, and homogenizers.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and utility systems to maximize uptime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with engineers to plan maintenance schedules, allocate resources, and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work follows safety regulations, EHS standards, and GMP/ISO compliance.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and support documentation for project handovers.
- Respond to after-hours breakdowns as required.
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, utilities, or production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read P&ID drawings.
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or fragrance manufacturing.
