We are a manufacturer of industrial, construction and oil & gas fasteners serving 30 countries globally. The primary responsibility of the Senior Accounts Executive will be day-to-day clean and accurate administration of all accounting and financial functions for the group of companies. Reporting to the CEO directly, you will work closely with the management and other members of the board to advise, enhance, execute and monitor long-term financial and business planning. You are expected to be an expert in full-fledged accounting and financial related matters, and you will be the head of department for the finance team.
Job Description
Produce monthly management accounts for CEO, HODs and directors’ review
Produce and submit GST and any other state required submissions
Timely production and submission of annual accounts for auditing
Maintain & report on budgets and forecasts compliance
Manage relationships with external auditors or external accountants and any outsourced consultancy support
Work closely with the management to provide required finance related support for business financing, business acquisition & valuation or other finance related matters
Maintain clean, detailed and accurate accounting records using SAP B1
Active participation in finance related activities, making improvements to any internal processes, procedures, or systems
Plan, execute, manage and monitor operational matters of finance team.
Ensure that the group companies comply with all accounting legal and regulatory requirements
A commercial, figure orientated mindset is essential for this role – you will be required to deliver agreed financial objectives and tasks assigned to you and your team, but also work closely with senior management team to ensure that the business achieves its goals and targets in line with agreed objectives
This challenging job role requires a confident persona not only to lead but the ability to demonstrate her accounting & financial expertise with hands-on approach
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Word
Familiarity SAP B1 will be an advantage
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/CPA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including handling full sets of accounts.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Positive attitude, with a drive for continuous learning and process improvement.
Singaporean/PR preferred (no work pass quota available).
Location: Woodlands Close (Singapore - Near Admiralty MRT)
5 days of Work (Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm)
Salary Range: SGD4,000 to SGD6,000
