Customer Service Officer (1-Year Renewable Contract)
Location:
Senoko (Company transport provided from Sembawang MRT)
Responsibilities:
Arrange and manage customer appointments.
Handle enquiries via phone and email regarding appointments and installation matters.
Send reminders through SMS/email for scheduled appointments.
Attend to sales enquiries and promote the company’s services.
Liaise with contractors on customer service-related issues.
Work in a call centre environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
