Job Responsibilities:
Screen patients for suitability by reviewing symptoms, medical history (including glaucoma and allergies), and assess fall risk after pupillary dilation.
Perform vision tests, tonometry, and the DRP procedure in line with clinical guidelines and work instructions.
Explain procedures clearly to patients or caregivers and educate them on the importance of annual diabetic eye screening.
Identify cases unsuitable for DRP and escalate appropriately to the nurse in-charge or Nurse Manager, ensuring patient safety throughout.
Accurately document procedures, track appointments, and manage recalls or rescheduling of missed sessions, while adhering to institutional protocols.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holders in any discipline
Comfortable to work in dim light environment
Able to multi task and able to work well in a team
