Mission:
· ASSIST THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THE OPERATIONAL SERVICEABILITY OF SAFRANHE ENGINES IN COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY AND AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES,
· DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
· ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTE AND TAKE PART IN THE INTRODUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT OF SERVICES AND ENTRIES INTO SERVICE OF PRODUCTS, WORKING CLOSELY WITH SITE FRONT OFFICE AND PARTNER TEAMS,
· ENSURE FIELD SUPPORT OF ALL TECHNICAL SERVICES
Responsibilities:
Maximize the rate of equipment serviceability in compliance with the maintenance reference system, safety instructions and airworthiness rules
Provide implementation and scheduling support for Service Bulletins / Noria / Retrofit / etc.
Ensure delegation of the “fast-track warranty claims”
Assist in investigations linked to incidents/accidents when necessary.
Develop, maintain and cultivate customer relationship, working closely with the Customer Support team
Liaison between SafranHE Front Offices and SafranHE network partners, promotion of the partner network, that the services provided by the network and observed by the team are compliant with the contractual obligations of safety, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide advice and non-qualifying training for the assimilation of all publications, services and tools.
Actively facilitate the promotion and deployment in close collaboration with the assigned Account Managers,
Ensure the promotion of the technical services, help to deploy them and provide level 1 operational support
Promote the entry into service of new products on the market, or of a new product for a specific operator;
Collect, identify and report on technical events
Ensure the update of information on mapping the organization of operators, partners and the customer fleet including that of the competition
Organize the scheduling of monitoring their customers, network partners and representatives of integrators jointly with the actors of their Front Office.
Apply, promote and improve health, safety and environment policies
Requirements:
· At least a Diploma with specialization in aerospace engineering
· At least 5 years’ experience in the field of aeronautical maintenance
· 2 years of experience working in the field of gas turbine maintenance or repair, and/or as technical support interface is preferred.
