Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Planning
Review the design requirements of infrastructure/ facilities system
Lead, direct, and manage the conceptualization, design, tendering, construction, and delivery of A&A, expansion, upgrading projects, and hookups
Provide Technical Support for Plasma Dicing and the Gas System
Facilities Operation
Facilities operation and production support including ACMV, Cleanroom, CDA, PCW, Vacuum, DI, Gases, Wastewater, Building Services, Fire Protection, Building Management System, Landscaping, and Janitorial
Lead and guide the facilities operation team for review, plan, manage and improve cost effective preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities system, ensuring good system reliability and optimum efficiency
Planning and implementing plant maintenance, managing of engineering resources during plant turnaround and annual shutdown
Respond to feedback/issues and perform troubleshooting to restore/resume the operation back to normal
Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
Review and evaluate system capacity and performance to recommend/implement continuous improvement plans
Review and manage inventories of appropriate spares, consumables, and other resources
Review and evaluate system capacity and performance to recommend/implement continuous improvement plans
Perform analysis of utilities consumption for early detection of anomalies and collaborate with Sustainability Team/Operation for Sustainability Initiatives/Projects to reduce the consumption
Act as Energy Manager for any USG site (when a need arises) if SCEM Certified
Budget Planning
Lead and guide the team for preliminary estimation of project cost based on given information - layouts, environment, facilities and utilities requirement and equipment requirements
Lead and guide the team for justification of budget, establish budget and cash flow control
Provide support documents for CAPEX approval
Lead and develop AOP and manage expenses according to AOP
Project Management
Lead and guide the team to discussion with users to establish requirements, specifications, timeline and milestone to ensure project approach is aligned with business requirements
Lead and guide the team to work with tender processes, project management of infrastructure/facilities projects
Consult the Architect and Professional Engineers in design review & compliance to applicable local regulations. Review design proposals from Contractors & PE
Facilitate project implementation, monitor development and conduct Buy-Off Reports
Sustainability Project
Work with Facilities Sustainability team member/s & Operation team member/s to execute approve project/s across sites. Projects include energy, water and any other conservation project/s
Lead and guide the team on execution of conservation projects
External Stakeholders
Fronting audits (i.e. ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, EAL6, Customers, etc) and ensure its compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, legislation, and codes of practice
Manage contractors and ensure compliance with in-house EHS and local authority regulations.
People Management
Guide duty staff and share knowledge to strengthen operations. Conduct staff performance appraisals

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or at least 8 years relevant experience in facilities/project management
Knowledge in facilities infrastructure capacity planning
Knowledge of semiconductor process and manufacturing system
Preferably with SCEM certification
