CAB shape code management
· Understanding the CAB data entry system and shape code management which include the technical aspects of BS8666
· Get familiarize with CAB fabrication, standardize the bending former (pin size), shape code analyses with surcharge impose on different shapes.
· Develop and implement strategies to reduce the number of repeated shape codes within the coding library.
Demand Forecasting Process Improvement
· Familiarize with all the various inhouse system and the order receiving to the delivery processes.
· Work with project managers guidance to understand/ improve construction process.
· Review previous forecast templates and follow up with the active one to achieve demand forecast accuracy
· Consolidate and link individual forecast templates for review and discussion during profitability meetings.
Project Management
· Partnering with key internal stakeholders and customers by providing reliable services and responsiveness so that all orders are fulfilled on time.
· Drive effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various stakeholders in meeting customer’s satisfaction.
· To achieve high level of professional standards in project management.
· Use systems to provide visibility of site requirements with lead-time sufficient for the entire value chain to have ample time in responding reliably.
· Provide value-added advice for customers to improve their operations & reduce wastages (manpower, materials, space & time).
· Perform service recovery when customers faced difficulties with NatSteel's service.
· Build a service-oriented and empowered organization that seamlessly integrates our customers’ project needs with internal fulfilment activities/processes.
Requirements
· Degree in Civil Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or related field of Construction.
· Strong team player.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good project management skills
· Self-motivated and high sense of initiative and a willingness to learn
· Service-oriented with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
