Our Client is a Japanese listed company. This role of a Service Engineer (CNC Machine Tools) is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers, ensuring smooth operation and reliability of CNC machines.

You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager.

【Responsibilities】
- Installation, setup, and commissioning of CNC machine tools
- Preventive maintenance, regular inspections, and repair services
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of CNC systems
- On-site technical support and user training for clients
- Replacement and adjustment of machine components as needed
- Preparation and submission of service and maintenance reports
- Act as the primary technical contact, ensuring strong client relationships

【What you will receive】

- Annual Leave: 7 days (maximum 14 days). Thereafter, 2 additional days will be granted for every 2 calendar years of service, up to a maximum of 20 days.

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Mechatronics) from a Polytechnic.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, or mechatronics engineering.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with counterparts.

- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Own a personal vehicle.
